ASIMUT User Group Meeting 2017

Thank you for joining us in Amsterdam!

On April 6th and 7th, ASIMUT users gathered at Conservatorium van Amsterdam for the ASIMUT User Group Meeting 2017. With around 60 participants, our 4th meeting broke the participant records once again!

The ASIMUT User Group Meetings are an invaluable source of input both for us and for our clients, and a unique possibility to gather the community of schedulers, event managers and administrators of schools of music, drama and arts around the world. The whole ASIMUT team thoroughly enjoyed our customers’ enthusiasm, feedback and positive attitude towards ASIMUT, and we came home with lots of ideas on how to develop the system further.

A very special thank you to Conservatorium van Amsterdam, for hosting and providing the smooth organisation of locations, food and everything related to the meeting.

We are already looking forward to next year!

ASIMUT in Hong Kong, Hamburg and Copenhagen

The latest ASIMUT implementations leave no doubt: the system is being used by schools of music, drama and arts all over the world. We’ve recently added pins on our world map for ASIMUT in Hong Kong (Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts), Hamburg (Hamburg University of Music and Drama) and Copenhagen (Visual Arts Schools of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts

We’re thrilled to welcome these new schools among our ASIMUT customers and very happy to see them making good use of the system! Of course we had to continue with our company tradition and eat a welcome cake for each and every single one of them.

ASIMUT User Group Meeting 2017 at Conservatorium van Amsterdam

We’re very honoured that Conservatorium van Amsterdam has proposed to host the next ASIMUT User Group Meeting in their prestigious buildings on April 6th and 7th, 2017.

Every year we gather for two days of intensive networking and brainstorming with key ASIMUT users from our customers. The conference is a unique possibility for all schools of music, drama and arts to share knowledge on best practices, discuss current development and ideas for future development of ASIMUT. Since the first ASIMUT User Group Meeting in 2014 at the Royal College of Music in London, the event has been a huge success every year with an ever growing number of participants.

Together with our hosts at Conservatorium van Amsterdam we’re currently organising the main details of the meeting. You will be contacted with more information once we approach the date – signup will probably start in the beginning of 2017.

We hope to see many of our existing and new customers in Amsterdam in 2017 and are very much looking forward to the event!

ASIMUT in Berlin: Implementing at three arts schools

It is our pleasure to announce that we’re currently implementing ASIMUT in Berlin: both Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler, Hochschule für Schauspielkunst Ernst Busch and Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee are now using the system.

This fills us with pride – not only because this is yet another success in Germany. The three schools also represent the whole universe of ASIMUT: covering the field of music (HfM Hanns Eisler), drama (HfS Ernst Busch) and arts (khb Weißensee), their excellent education is of international renown.

We are more than happy to welcome these schools among our ASIMUT customers and are looking forward to a successful cooperation.

Call for posters – help us decorate the ASIMUT office

As announced earlier, we have recently moved to our new ASIMUT office in downtown Aarhus – due to the steady growth of our company, we could simply not fit into our old offices anymore.

We’re fully enjoying our new place with much more space – and we need you to make the experience even better! Do you have some especially beautiful, funny, artistic or other great posters (e.g. from former productions) which you could send us?

Our walls are still all too white, and we would love to decorate them with your posters. The first ones have already arrived – a huge thank you to The Royal Danish Academy of Music for sending them to us.

Please follow the lead and send us whatever you have!

The first posters have arrived at the ASIMUT office!

ASIMUT User Group Meeting – thank you!

Thanks to all participants for yet another very successful ASIMUT User Group Meeting and for all your feedback and enthusiasm. Together with our customers and other schools that are interested in ASIMUT, we spent two very intensive days of networking, knowledge sharing and idea development at the Conservatori Liceu in Barcelona. As always, the meeting has been an invaluable source of ideas on how to improve the system and we’ve learned even more on how our customers use ASIMUT.

A very special thanks for the fantastic organisation also to our lovely host, Conservatori Liceu! We thoroughly enjoyed those days and are already now looking forward to next year’s ASIMUT User Group Meeting.

ASIMUT at Athanor Akademie – hello, Germany!

We’re still working hard on getting all the welcome cakes eaten before the end of this year… Something we definitely don’t want to miss out on is welcoming one of our first German customers, Athanor Akademie in Passau! Situated on the hills just above the center of this beautiful Bavarian city, the academy encourages young people to use their talent and creativity in both theater and film. We’re looking very much forward to seeing ASIMUT in action and are very happy about the cooperation.
